The calculator provides an estimate. We then confirm availability, rental duration, deposit, insurance, delivery, optional services, and the exact final price with you.
03Can you deliver the car to my location?+
Delivery may be arranged to hotels, residences, businesses, and other locations in Dubai, subject to schedule and availability.
04Do you offer chauffeur-driven cars?+
Yes. A professional chauffeur can be requested when submitting your booking details, subject to driver and vehicle availability.
05Can I request a specific vehicle model?+
Yes. Select the model from the fleet or from the request form. If it is unavailable, we will suggest the closest suitable alternative.
06Is a security deposit required?+
Deposit requirements vary by vehicle and rental conditions. The exact amount and refund terms are always confirmed before the reservation.
07Are fuel, tolls, and fines included?+
Unless explicitly included in your confirmed quote, fuel, Salik tolls, traffic fines, parking, and optional extras are charged separately.
08How do I confirm my booking?+
